| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note:- To allow us to provide our customary excellent service, we can only supply powered products within the Bristol & surrounding areas. We accept card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Delivery is made within 5 working days of receipt of order/payment subject to stock availability. If your item is not in stock we will place on back order and advise you immediately. In this circumstance you have the right to cancel the order within 5 working days from notification. Some larger items may have a longer delivery time. We will always inform you of the expected delivery date when the order is placed. Bespoke Powered wheelchairs, Bespoke manual wheelchairs and Bespoke Rise / Recline chairs can only be supplied within a 20 mile radius of Bristol. This is to allow us to provide the necessary engineering / assessment cover. Standard delivery service is included FREE for all powered items within 20 miles of Bristol. This service will be delivered and installed weekdays with all instructions for maintenance. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

| Guarantee Quality Control Unless otherwise identified, all our products are brand new direct from UK distributors of leading manufacturers. eg; reconditioned scooter. All power products have their own unique serial identification number registered by the distributor to enable a specific unit to be tracked through the sale process. Warranty and After Sales Service All products come with a full 12 month manufacturer's warranty which covers faulty parts or materials. Warranty does not cover consumable items such as tyres and bulbs or maintenance required due to misuse or accidental damage including flat batteries due to incorrect charging. A call out requested or diagnosed due to the above will result in a call out fee to be advised on contact and may be subject to additional parts and labour charges. Incontinence products have no warranty cover due to Hygiene Law. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
